Samsung Techwin launched their new Sm431 machine which provides max. capacitiy inside minimum area to the Turkish market at the same time with global markets.
As a new member of Samsung SM series mahines, SM431 has 55.000CPH chip mounting capacity by using 2 gantries and 16 heads.
This high speed chip shooter, the best in its class, requires 25% less installation room while productivity per area is increased by up to 40% compared to the SM411 model.
In addition, it adopts a new flying vision system that reduces head weight and improves reliability for the optimization of high speed part placement.
The SM431 can place a variety of different chips, from the basic 0402chip(01005inch) up to 12 mm IC parts.
