Thanks to the experience gained from the manufacturing of hundreds of special feeders for axial and radial components (SP21, SP22, SP26, SP27), Olamef designed this bench placement machine for traditional components.
It can be created as an individual station that can also be applied directly to the SMD line. An insertion bench can be designed with several modules, each of which creates a specific shape on axial or radial components.
These components will be automatically inserted into the P.C. board from a conveyor belt. Both systems are tailored to customers’ requests, and additionally, axial and radial parts can be designed to place transistors (TO-220), ICs, connectors and other components in the tube.
