TCM45A Coating WorkCell, the fully automated programmable coating system, is backed by ECM_WIN7: The TTnS exclusive coating program. It integrates a five (5) axis precision robot using advanced TTnS coating applicators to provide consistent application, substantially reduce masking, and minimize rework.

Coating workcell comes fully equipped with a precision & multipurpose fluid delivery circuit for the correct handling of various coating materials and applications. Customers can use the workcell for film coating, spiral coating, and needle dispensing by swapping the coating applicators as required. The optional material changeover valve system is useful for rapid material change-overs and/or line cleaning with no risk of exposure to harmful VOCs.
The exclusive TTnS system operation software is Windows7 compatible and can be easily mastered by all operators.

Selective conformal coating system virtually eliminates masking and coating rework while continually maximizing throughput(UPH), dispensing accuracy, and film repeatability.
The TCM45A coating system has been developed to be safe and simple to use. When the system is running, there are approximately twelve (depending on the application) safety precautions in place at all times.
If any system problem or unexpected event occurs, the TCM45A detects the fault and displays an appropriate error message with instructions on how to make corrections. The system gives an audible beep as well as blinking at the control tower.
The underbody of the machine platform is constructed of a robust uni-body welded frame. Fabrication is under very strict conditions and includes inspection of all welds with grinding, assembly annealing, and machining. All surfaces are then treated with sand-blasting, and finally, powder coating. The workcell assembly is then built with four(4) wide access doors: Front and back, for easy operations and maintenance, with an additional two doors underneath for material preparations.
The NCAS-gun performs coatings in three modes: Bead/Spiral-Bead/Spiral-Spraying with good material penetration, adhesion, and superior transfer efficiency (T.E.) by using a millisecond-scale Pulse-Time controller, TPC999. TTnS invented the pulse-assist conformal coating process, and was first to introduce it in the world.
The TCM45A features intermittent coating technology, and the TTnS film dispensing NCAF-gun that generates non-atomized film patterns with almost 100% transfer efficiency (TE) and precision coating using advanced robotics and fluid/pneumatic control. Many customers who need PCB coatings at high UPH with good definition know about Jetting on the Fly, recognized as the ultimate solution in SMT. TTnS Jetting on the Fly ensures a precise selective coating process that is 2-3 times faster than conventional methods.
