The program covered detailed topics presented by AIM Solder, including no-clean and water-based fluxes, the relationship between flux residues and conformal coating, visual inspection, SIR testing, thermal shock testing, and the Scotch tape adhesion test. HumiSeal’s presentations focused on general concepts of conformal coating, selecting the right coating, application processes, and common defect types encountered during quality control.

In the PBT Works sessions, technical insights were shared regarding PCB cleaning, case studies in electronic control modules, and error control methods. Zestron’s presentations addressed methods for enhancing quality in conformal coating, general cleaning principles, protection of printed circuit boards, and evaluation of test results.

Throughout the two-day seminar, which featured a strong balance of theoretical and practical insights, participants had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge on frequently encountered production line issues. The event provided an effective learning environment through expert presentations and technical exchanges.
