During the seminar, Kurtz Ersa’s international experts Tobias Van Rossem and Christian Rückert delivered comprehensive presentations on modern soldering techniques. Over the course of three days, critical processes such as wave, selective, reflow, and vacuum soldering were discussed in detail, with a focus on next-generation methods designed to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

The sessions also covered flexible process management, maintenance performance enhancements, and the impact of e-learning platforms on manufacturing. Through interactive sessions, we had the opportunity to exchange ideas on innovative applications and evaluate current industry needs firsthand with our participants.
