ALM-610 IR Laser Marker
The ALM-610 Auto Infrared Laser Marker and the ALM-610-NS Auto Nano Size Laser Marker are advanced marking solutions designed for DediProg online programming handlers.
Both models integrate seamlessly with DediProg automated programming systems, offering the flexibility to perform laser marking either before or after programming. The top marking area supports up to 30x30mm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of IC packages.
The ALM-610-NS is specially engineered for small IC devices such as WLCSP and BGA, supporting a minimum IC size of 1.5×0.85mm for precision marking in high-density applications.
