The GEN3 Type 1001 Drying Cabinet is a freestanding, two-door unit designed specifically for the air-drying of conformally coated printed circuit boards (PCBs). The cabinet supports protection of the wet coating film from contamination during drying and assists with the safe evacuation of solvent during the curing process and from the coating room environment.

The unit incorporates individually adjustable cross-rods to allow secure suspension of PCBs within the cabinet.

Intrinsically safe extraction is connected via a 150 mm diameter spigot located on the top of the unit.

Ambient air is drawn into the cabinet through gauze particulate filters positioned on both sides at the base of the unit. Replacement filters are available.
