The FAST Technology-based cleaning agent is developed for the effective removal of flux residues from electronic assemblies. In comparison to traditional surfactant-based cleaning agents, it enables significantly shorter contact times during the cleaning process.
Due to this advantage, the product is particularly suitable for high-pressure inline cleaning systems where limited contact time is required. It is also compatible with the cleaning of Power LEDs, Flip Chip Packages, CMOS, and BGA components.
