Following a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Ticaret University, Uğur Gedik founded Sinerji Grup in 2006 with a vision for excellence in electronics manufacturing. For 20 years, he has led the company as a reliable technology partner built on integrity and innovation.
He now guides the strategic vision for delivering turnkey solutions globally, dedicated to boosting client competitive advantage at the heart of technology by maintaining superior quality standards across all operational stages.
A graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a focus on Management Engineering, Semih Balçık shapes the corporate structure of Sinerji Grup with his 20 years of deep expertise in operational efficiency and process management.
Playing a critical role in maintaining the company’s operational excellence standards, Balçık maintains process efficiency at the highest level by merging technical insight with management precision. Through his strategic leadership, he spearheads the delivery of solutions that ensure a sustainable competitive advantage.
After completing his education in the Business Administration department at Eastern Mediterranean University, Turan Aşlı joined Sinerji Grup, where he steers operational processes with deep expertise in strategic management and organizational structuring. By blending business development and financial management disciplines with the dynamics of the technology sector, he plays a key role in the company's sustainable growth strategies.
As Deputy General Manager, he carries out the mission of elevating operational efficiency to global standards and instilling a perfectionist management approach across all processes. With his analytical perspective and strategic leadership, he focuses on strengthening the organization's identity as a reliable technology partner and achieving its corporate objectives.
A graduate of Istanbul University with a degree in Computer Engineering, Evren Erdim manages all after-sales service processes within Sinerji Grup, leveraging his extensive experience in technical infrastructure management and service operations. By combining his engineering-driven, solution-oriented approach with technical excellence and user experience goals, he leads the group’s service vision.
As Technical Service Director, he ensures that the services provided under the GSC (Global Service Center) umbrella are executed at global standards within a fast and sustainable framework. By continuously enhancing the digital and technical infrastructure of GSC with a focus on customer satisfaction, Erdim focuses on the mission of maintaining the production continuity of business partners and representing the company’s promise as a reliable technology partner in the technical field.
A graduate of Anadolu University with a degree in Marketing, Aykut Tekinkaya leads the market strength of Sinerji Grup through his expertise in turnkey project management and strategic sales processes. By anticipating customer needs in production environments, he provides end-to-end solutions across all stages, from project design to implementation.
He pursues a vision of establishing the industry's highest-performing and most reliable production organizations by aiming for excellence in sales processes. Focused on developing sustainable business relationships through accurate analysis of customer requirements, Tekinkaya drives the company's growth objectives forward with a mission to increase the country's market share in the electronics sector and ensure all production facilities are ready for use at peak efficiency.

We established our foundations in Istanbul to bring a breath of fresh air to the electronics manufacturing sector. We entered the industry not merely as a player, but with a mission to redefine the rules of the game. Our core strategy was to disrupt traditional business models, removing the barriers hindering R&D potential and transforming investment from a "dream" into rapid reality. With our young and dynamic structure, we brought technology directly to the heart of production.
In our 5th year, we solidified our position as a reliable solution partner for SMT lines and test systems. By launching "Sinerji Technology Days" in 2012, we became pioneers in sectoral knowledge sharing. This milestone laid the groundwork for today’s industry-leading Sinerji Academy and our first showroom experience.
While reinforcing our market leadership, we elevated our service quality to global standards. We broke new ground at our current headquarters by establishing a comprehensive Showroom floor, where we didn't just explain technology we offered our customers the opportunity to experience it firsthand through live process tests.
As we marked our 15th anniversary, we reached a peak in global operational strength. By expanding strategic partnerships with the world's leading technology manufacturers, we enhanced the infrastructure of Sinerji Academy with modern educational methodologies, building an ecosystem that grows through shared knowledge.
