We Joined the ASELSAN REHİS Team for Kurtz Ersa’s Hands-On Technical Training

Sinerji Grup and the ASELSAN REHİS team attended a technical training program hosted by our solution partner, Kurtz Ersa, in Wertheim, Germany, on 6–7 October 2026. The first day focused on solder paste printing, and the second on reflow soldering.

Training Topics

• Solder paste printing. The sessions covered stencils, printing parameters, and the fundamentals of process control, along with common printing defects, maintenance, and process capability.
• Reflow soldering. The sessions focused on process parameters, common soldering defects, maintenance, and process capability.

Putting Theory into Practice

On both days, hands-on exercises followed the classroom sessions, giving us the opportunity to put what we learned into practice.
