The Inline PCBA Single-sided Coating Inspection system is designed to intelligently lock the coating boundary and automatically identify the coating area. This ensures high precision in defining the coverage zones during the control process.
By utilizing an AI super-resolution algorithm, the equipment enables the inspection of small bubbles that are otherwise difficult to detect. Furthermore, the system provides glue numerical visualization, allowing for a unified coating process and consistent quality standards across the production line.
Adopting a deep learning polygon algorithm, the system realizes automatic programming and whole board programming. It intelligently locks the coating boundary and automatically identifies the coating area, which results in faster programming speeds during the control setup.
The equipment is embedded with professional intelligent algorithms for bubbles, scattered points, and foreign material. It can automatically identify defects within the area to be tested without requiring personnel debugging, ensuring a strong detection ability.
The system supports the measurement of glue width and thickness (optional). Through data visualization, it meets the needs for standardization and standardized management of coating process quality inspection.
