Sinerji Grup Academy Center hosted a comprehensive three-day event organized in collaboration with our solution partners, PBT Works & Zestron. Held with the participation of industry professionals, the seminar days focused on examining the latest solutions that enhance quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to closely examine the HyperSWASH machine and experience Zestron chemicals with their up-to-date and optimal application processes for this system. The highlights of the three-day program included:
Current Trends in PCB Washing: The effects of new micro and advanced components on cleaning processes.
Critical Errors and Risk Analysis: Management of risks encountered when board cleaning is not performed, such as flux residues, electrochemical migration (ECM), and dendrite formation.
Reliability and Compliance: Methods for controlling the effects of cleaning chemicals on board components, plastics, and connectors.
Test Methods: Determination of cleaning criteria using ROSE, Ion Chromatography, and SIR tests.
Technological Comparison and HyperSWASH: Analysis of air-spray, immersion, and ultrasonic techniques, along with the advantages offered by HyperSWASH technology.
During the sessions, not only the technical specifications of the systems were discussed, but also application examples showcasing how these technologies minimize error rates on production lines and accelerate quality control processes. Throughout this process, where we shared our experiences with our participants, we held technical discussions on innovative approaches shaping the industry.
