✔ D9650Z is the first acoustic microscope designed with an inverted transducer, allowing samples to be scanned from the bottom side.
✔ The D9650Z integrates the latest C-SAM technology and includes advanced capabilities to support Power Module testing alongside standard C-SAM applications. This system configuration is specifically optimized for inspecting heatsink bond integrity, measuring bond layer thickness, and evaluating wire bond welds.
✔ Operated with the Sonolytics software platform featuring PolyGate technology, the D9650Z is well suited for failure analysis, process development, and QC screening in low-volume production environments.
✓ WaterPlume technology enables scanning from beneath the sample while keeping the sample surface dry.
✓ An integrated dryer removes residual water from samples before removal.
✓ Optional Digital Image Analysis (DIA) allows automatic accept/reject criteria to be defined.
✓ The Sonolytics2 interface operates on Windows® 10 Ultimate, supporting multi-language functionality and 64-bit capability.
