Programmable Hot Air Convection Tool The HCT-1000 System is a fully programmable hand-held convection rework tool designed to remove and place SMT components. This versatile system features advanced digital controls, internal or external thermocouple feedback control, and program storage for up to 50 profiles. Additionally, an integrated vacuum pick-up mechanism ensures precise component placement and removal during operations.
Features and Benefits The system includes an integrated vacuum pickup designed for seamless component removal. It allows precise profile creation for operator repeatability, offering dedicated storage for up to 50 user-defined profiles. A manual mode is available for quick setup, while an external thermocouple ensures accurate process setup and verification. Handpiece controls regulate both the heater and vacuum functions. Furthermore, programmable, digitally controlled airflow guarantees repeatable results across multiple modes of operation, including Manual and 4-zone Heating when utilized with the MRS-1100A system. When operated as part of the MRS system, the HCT-1000 connects to the PCT-1000 via a cable. Additionally, it can be paired with the ATH-1100A Adjustable Tool Holder.
