The MRS-1100A Modular Rework System operates as an integrated convection rework solution designed for the seamless removal and reflow of BGA, CSP, and SMT components. This comprehensive setup combines a convection tool, a preheater, an adjustable tool holder, and a freestanding board holder to deliver an efficient, manually assisted rework process. A versatile selection of nozzles tailored for various applications completes the product line. Featuring advanced standard capabilities including full programmability, a clear digital display, and storage capacity for up to 50 profiles, the system ensures both high versatility and operational efficiency.
A wide array of board holders and technical accessories is available, allowing the equipment to adapt to multiple sizes of PCBs. Operators can choose between utilizing the embedded profiling function set to a fixed temperature or opting for a 4-zone programming configuration. Additionally, temperature regulation can be managed either directly at the internal heat output or at the external board level.
