Focus Preheater 230V w/ Arm Rest, F-S Board Holder
The PCT-100 Focus Pre-heater targets heat to deliver improved speed and efficiency for high thermal demand applications, including lead-free processes. Specially developed for SMT and through-hole hand processes, this system uses convection air heating to heat a PCB first. This pre-heating phase ensures better soldering outcomes, improved process control, and significantly increased productivity. Furthermore, the device adds necessary heat volume without turning up the temperature, allowing operators to perform delicate assembly tasks at the appropriate peak temperature without distorting the board.
The system accelerates and enhances the lead-free SMT and through-hole rework process. It features a rapidly ramping temperature that maximizes overall productivity. An adjustable knob allows operators to control and maintain the required temperature to below 300°C. The controlled cool-down process efficiently eliminates thermal shock to the PCB and its delicate components. Additionally, a thermocouple feedback temperature control system accurately regulates the output temperature. For enhanced workplace safety, an integrated system feature automatically shuts off the heating element when the fan is stopped. The entire unit is designed to be ESD safe.
