The SST series incorporates a direct buffering input structure featuring a durable stainless steel chain conveyor and a specially engineered aluminum alloy track. The system utilizes a segmented floating structure to effectively prevent track deformation under thermal stress.
The preheating zones offer energy-efficient, removable drawer modules that support any custom combination of infrared and hot air convection. Utilizing PID temperature control, the system achieves ±2°C accuracy, keeping total temperature variation between preheating and soldering zones within 5°C.
The flux spraying system operates via digital control, driving spray nozzle movement through a high-precision stepper motor. Automated flux supply control optimizes coverage, supported by an integrated top-mounted exhausting and filter system.
Constructed from heavy-duty cast iron with an anti-corrosion ceramic coating, the solder pot features dual low-flowrate nozzles. An adjustable air cooling system delivers a cooling rate of 4-6°C/s.
