The PERFECTFLOW series is a tunnel-type, fully sealed nitrogen-filled wave soldering system. Utilizing the world’s first sealing solution for the welding zone alongside an innovative segmented conveying system, it easily meets flexible welding angle requirements while expanding board bottom clearance. This design resolves jamming issues as well as operation and maintenance challenges typical of segmented conveyors in standard wave soldering machines. Consequently, it maximizes the effectiveness of nitrogen protection and significantly enhances both equipment performance and overall process quality.

✔ Conveyor system: Featuring a segmented floating design, the conveyor system efficiently prevents guide rail deformation. The innovative segmented setup delivers smoother transport while allowing flexible clearance configurations for the underside of the PCB.
✔ Preheating system: Built with an energy-saving drawer-type module, this system combines infrared and hot air convection heating based on process needs. It incorporates PID temperature regulation alongside infrared heat compensation positioned between preheating zones and the soldering unit to minimize thermal loss.
✔ Soldering system: Heat is applied externally to the solder pot, which features a cast iron inner liner with anti-corrosion treatment. The pot utilizes a special elastic sealing material and includes an electric adjustment feature for smooth, free vertical positioning.
✔ Nitrogen filled system: Utilizing a world-first sealing design for the welding area, this setup supports flexible processing angles and incorporates an oxygen separator to track residual oxygen levels.
✔ PC+PLC control system: Operating on Windows 10 with a dual Chinese/English user interface, the control unit includes automated profile and data logging, alongside alarm systems for flux liquid deviations and low tin levels.
Equipped with an oxygen separator to track residual oxygen levels, the system incorporates a transparent glass viewing window for clear visual inspection. The solder pot features motorized movement for multi-axis positioning (in, out, up, and down). It includes an integrated spray fluxer unit with an optional selective spray device. Furthermore, rail welding process angles are flexible and fully adjustable, while the clearance at the bottom side can be customized according to specific application requirements.
