Roller type conveying mode eliminates rail wear risks and requires no oil lubrication, significantly reducing use and maintenance costs. The lifting system is equipped with a standard servo motor drive to deliver smooth operation and precise positioning, which effectively improves overall process stability. Additionally, an optional barcode reader can be integrated to trace product information and support smart factory construction.

Main application: Chip bonding, under fill, components packing, and other production processes requiring thermo curing. These processes include LED, FPC, automobile, 3C electronic products, motors, instruments, communication, and other relevant industries.
