Flexible production on the line – the two variants
The VP2200-100 is a modular system designed for series production and features full inline integration within the SMT line, providing a high level of flexibility. Sink rates can be reduced through the use of an optional and retrofittable vacuum module, allowing adaptation to future requirements.
With a maximum soldering length of 1,200 mm and a maximum width of 600 mm, the system is suitable for a wide range of soldering applications. Despite these capacities, the overall design remains very compact.
The VP2200-100 vacuum version is additionally equipped with a vacuum module and offers a maximum soldering chamber length of up to 1,000 mm, making it a suitable solution for porosity-free soldering.
Full inline integration without the need for workpiece carriers is the primary focus of ASSCON vapor phase inline soldering systems. Simple transfer and board takeover via pin chains characterize this type of inline system. Electrically width-adjustable transport systems allow fast and uncomplicated adaptation to changing products, providing the flexibility required in modern electronics production. Integration into inline control computers is also supported. Full automation combined with process quality forms the core operating principle.
