Compact TK Next
This configuration is the smallest model in the product range and is primarily recommended for ICT and on-board programming applications. It features high ergonomics, a compact footprint, easy maintenance, low power consumption, and enhanced operator safety.
Thanks to its reduced footprint and WCM-compliant design, the system can be seamlessly integrated into any production environment. It ensures low operating costs and high flexibility.
Compact TK is especially suited for:
- Up to 1536 analog channels are supported by the system.
- It features up to 128 hybrid channels, with digital channels reaching up to 10 MHz.
- The configuration includes up to 6 user power supply units.
- A 2-JOB parallel test can be executed using the standard cabinet.
- A 4-JOB parallel test is available when utilizing the double cabinet.
- The system integrates an OPENFIX test designed to identify open pins on connectors and digital components.
- It incorporates a universal on-board programmer, capable of managing up to 8 in parallel.
- A boundary-scan test is fully supported.
- Self-test capabilities are available at the module level.
- The system is equipped with a receiver featuring pneumatic upper contrasts.
- Off-line Programming and Repair Stations can be utilized with this model.
- It includes features for barcode and 2D code reading management along with automated statistic data collection.
Automated programming is achieved via CAD data import.

Every Compact Line system is built on the Seica VIP Platform, which includes ACL synthesized drive/sense instruments and the VIVA test management software. When required, Compact systems can also be controlled using alternative software suites such as National Instruments LabVIEW™, LabWindows™/CVI, or TestStand™.
If new requirements arise for performance or ergonomics, Seica can deliver customized Compact solutions, integrating third-party tools or developing dedicated hardware and software modules tailored to the customer's specific needs.
