FX16 No Clean Liquid Flux
FX16 No Clean Liquid Flux is suitable for selective soldering, wave soldering and rework processes. FX16’s halogen/halide-free formulation offers superior wetting performance, promoting 100% barrel-fill on PTH components in point-to-point selective or full wave applications. The low solids content of FX16 promotes precise, clog-free spraying for miniature component assembly.
FX16’s flux residues are minimal, with high SIR values for high reliability applications. FX16 is compatible with AIM’s line of no clean soldering products, including solder paste, cored solder wire, and rework chemistries.
