RMA202-25 Rosin Liquid Flux
RMA202-25 is a high-solids mildly activated liquid rosin flux developed for high reliability soldering applications.
RMA202-25 proprietary activator system provides a wide process window, excellent thermal transfer, and powerful wetting with both lead-free and leaded assemblies.
RMA202-25 leaves a post-process flux residue that is both non-corrosive and non-conductive and does not require removal.
