WS715M Water Soluble Liquid Flux
WS715M Water Soluble Liquid Flux is a neutral alcohol based, organically activated, rosin-free, liquid flux designed specifically for wave soldering or selective soldering applications.
WS715M is a Ph buffered water soluble flux with high activity which promotes good wetting on bare copper, solder coated, and organic surface finishes. WS715M buffered formula reduces equipment degradation without reducing solderability.
WS715M flux residues must be washed after soldering followed by a DI water rinse.
