MX-500SPT Soldering & Tweezer Rework System
The system utilizes SmartHeat® Technology, where each cartridge is equipped with a self-regulating heater that senses its own temperature and closely maintains its preset idle temperature for the life of the heater tip. The tip temperature is determined by the inherent metallurgical properties of the heater, requiring no external adjustment or equipment.
The MX-500 features a switchable dual port and 40W SmartHeat® Power.
MX-500SPT includes the MX-RM3E handpiece and MX-PTZ precision tweezer handpiece.
A built-in Net Power Meter displays a graphical and numerical representation of the power applied to the cartridge. The user-programmable Power Save Mode allows the time to enter power saving to be adjusted from 10 to 120 minutes. With the Ground Fault Interrupt feature, the AC ground monitor detects power line ground failures, immediately alerting the operator and shutting down the system. Additionally, the Universal Power Supply automatically senses the input line voltage and adjusts accordingly, enabling worldwide operation without adapters or performance loss. This system provides full compatibility with existing and previous MX upgrade kits, tip-cartridges, handpieces, and accessories.
