MX-5250

Desoldering System

The MX-5200 Soldering, Desoldering, and Rework Series delivers enhanced power and advanced process control through dual-simultaneous ports designed to support two users or a single user executing dual applications. This specific configuration includes an 80W MX system paired with the MX-PS5200 power supply, one desolder handpiece, and one workstand.

The advanced system can be operated with two handpieces that dynamically share the 80-watt output power based on real-time demand, which significantly improves application flexibility and operational speed.

FAST TIME-TO-RECOVERY

This technology delivers increased production rates and optimized throughput across all applications. The super-charged power supply seamlessly tackles the challenges associated with high-mass components, multilayered boards, and lead-free solders.

SMARTHEAT® PROCESS CONTROL

The built-in technology ensures that soldering and rework processes are consistently performed at safe, controlled temperatures. Operators recognize that moderate fixed temperatures, where power is automatically varied, provide the best assurance for a well-controlled soldering and rework process.

Features and Benefits

The system incorporates a built-in Net Power Meter that provides a clear graphical and numerical representation of the power applied to the cartridge. It features a User Programmable Power Save Mode, allowing operators to adjust the time to enter power saving from 10 to 120 minutes. Additionally, an integrated Ground Fault Interrupt within the AC ground monitor detects power line ground failures, which instantly alerts the operator and shuts down the system. The Universal Power Supply automatically senses the input line voltage and adapts accordingly, enabling seamless worldwide operation without external adaptors or any reduction in performance. The unit also delivers full compatibility with existing and previous MX upgrade kits, tip-cartridges, handpieces, and accessories.
