The base configuration features fluxing, preheating, and soldering modules combined with a segmented conveyor system. For higher throughput or specific production needs, additional modules can be seamlessly integrated.
The optional dual-lane system doubles productivity without increasing the machine’s footprint, and segmented preheating modules further boost throughput for smaller assemblies. Fully equipped, the VERSAFLOW 3/45 can process up to 22 assemblies simultaneously, delivering unmatched performance in compact inline manufacturing.
