Screen Printers

SMT stencil printers apply solder paste to PCB pads through the apertures of a printing stencil. Often called solder paste screen printers, these machines prepare boards for component placement by controlling the position and amount of paste deposited on each pad.

Print quality depends on the interaction between stencil design, squeegee pressure, print speed and PCB support. Accurate board alignment is particularly important for small components and fine-pitch packages. Stencil cleaning and a controlled separation motion help maintain consistent deposits as the production run progresses.

Automatic and semi-automatic printers serve different production environments. Compare board size capability, alignment features, changeover time and paste handling against your actual product mix. Where inspection data is available, reviewing printing defects alongside machine settings can help identify the source of bridges, insufficient paste or uneven deposits.

At Sinerji, you can find solder paste stencil printers for different SMT production requirements. Discuss your boards and output targets with our team to select the appropriate printing equipment.
